REFUND AND RETURN POLICY
Except as noted below, we gladly accept the return of unworn, unwashed or defective merchandise ordered from www.chelseaandwalker.com according to the below policy:
- Chelsea and Walker merchandise must be received within 30 days of shipment date .
- Merchandise must be in saleable condition with all tags attached.
- Merchandise must be accompanied by the return slip or packing slip.
- Merchandise marked Final Sale on www.chelseaandwalker.com is not returnable.
- Refunds for merchandise, including items received as gifts, will be credited to the purchaser’s original form of payment for the price paid less the original shipping charges and, if applicable, pre-paid return shipping charges.
- Refunds will post to the customer's account within approximately 7-10 business days after return processing date. Depending on your financial institution, it may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on a monthly statement.
- Price adjustments may be made within 30 days of shipment date.
RETURN INSTRUCTIONS - DOMESTIC ORDERS
To return merchandise purchased on www.chelseaandwalker.com , please contact us at 1-212-716-1600 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you wish to make an exchange, call us at 1-212-716-1600. One of our Customer Care agents will help you place a replacement order that will ship for free. Please note you will be charged for the replacement merchandise and you will be refunded for your returned merchandise once received and processed by us. Unfortunately, we are unable to waive return shipping fees.
Refunds for any item you receive as a gift will be credited back to the purchaser’s original form of payment.
RETURNS WITHOUT A PACKING SLIP
If you wish to return your online purchase but have lost your original packing slip, simply call us at 1-212-716-1600 and we will provide you the required information to perform a return by mail.
